On the 20th of July Access Israel organized an accessibility event at the Morasha School in Berekhya, as a part of the seven activities taking place in the "Hof Ashkelon Regional Council" with the donation of GlobrandsFour different groups participated in experiential stations simulating different disabilities such as visual disability, hearing disability, and mobility disability.During the day, the students and teachers learned about the lives of the instructors with disabilities, their successes, challenges and experiences and learned about accessibility and inclusion. At the end of the day, the faculty members expressed how impressed they were by the event. They received additional educational material for continuing to teach the students about accessibility.
